About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Family Law Solicitor Trainee to join our team at Resolution, a leading firm of specialist family law solicitors based in Chancery Lane, London.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in private family law work and a genuine interest in family law. They will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of family law, including financial and children-related disputes, domestic violence injunctions, and preparing and collating financial disclosure bundles for court and papers for Counsel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in all aspects of family law, including financial and children-related disputes, domestic violence injunctions, and preparing and collating financial disclosure bundles for court and papers for Counsel.
  • Work closely with the team to provide excellent client service and achieve high-quality results.
  • Contribute to the development of the firm's family law practice and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A good academic background, LLB/GDL (2:1 / Commendation or above).
  • Previous experience working at a Family Law firm undertaking private family law work.
