Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshooting: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues and defects within the ServiceNow platform.
Requirements:
  • Senior Role Experience: 4 years of experience in a senior role.
  • ServiceNow Experience: 4 years of experience in ServiceNow.
  • Scripting Proficiency: Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript Glide API).
  • UI Customization Experience: Experience with ServiceNow UI customization, including UI pages, UI macros, and UI scripts.
  • Web Technologies: Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, AngularJS).
  • Web Services Experience: Experience with RESTful and SOAP web services.
  • Database Knowledge: Familiarity with database technologies, particularly relational databases (MySQL, Oracle).
  • ITIL Framework: Understanding of the ITIL framework and IT service management processes.
Desired Skills:
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification is desired.
