About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Manager to join our innovative software development company. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients through regular meetings and engagement with key decision-makers.
  • Product Management: Analyze the competitive landscape, gather client feedback, and translate business requirements into development specifications.
  • Marketing and Sales: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on strategic initiatives, manage content areas on our website, and generate marketing materials.
  • Team Collaboration: Respond to client and developer inquiries, provide client training, and work closely with the development team.
Key Skills and Experience
  • Energetic and Capable: Multitasking, strong communication and analytical skills, creative problem-solving abilities, and basic understanding of digital software and AI.
  • Nice to Have: Experience in the membership sector, product management experience, and experience collaborating with software engineers.
