We are seeking a skilled Night AOG Clerk to join our team at Heathrow Personnel, a company that is growing rapidly and offers excellent benefits. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in AOG and freight operations, with a strong focus on customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage AOG shipments from start to finish
  • Coordinate exports and customs entries
  • Provide quotes to customers and send pre-alerts
  • Respond to urgent customer queries and requests
  • Handle key accounts and cut AWB's

Requirements:

  • Previous AOG experience
  • Cargowise experience is an advantage
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to complete customs entries for air exports
  • Steady work history and PC literacy

Working Hours:

  • 4 on 4 off night shifts
