We are seeking a skilled Mortgage Administrator to join our team at CRC Mortgages. As a Mortgage Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Mortgage Brokers and underwriters in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with clients, lenders, solicitors, and insurers to ensure a smooth mortgage application process.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and communication with clients.
  • Partner with experienced Mortgage Brokers to deliver exceptional service and support.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients to ensure a positive experience throughout their mortgage journey.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Mortgage Administration role.
  • Excellent telephone manner and strong literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic team environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
