As a Finance and Accounting Consulting leader at Wipro, you will embark on a career journey that allows you to design, advise, sell, and manage programs that define industry and product leading transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15+ years of leading Finance Transformation, Finance process design, and Finance BPR for large-scale SAP and SAP S4 HANA implementations. They will act as a Senior Trusted Advisor for opportunity shared, covering the entire company of a big/complex, multinational Finance Processes end-to-end. The process lead should have deep business process knowledge and hands-on SAP Simple Finance experience, with expertise in process design for leading large enterprises level transformations for clients moving to the latest Cloud/S4 HANA/Simple Finance in areas such as Simple Finance Migration Methodology, New Functionalities in GL Accounting, and Exposure to Financials Planning - Integrated Business Planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define the best S4HANA Finance strategy for customers, either new installation or conversion, depending on the requirements and complexity of the customer environment.
  • Architect solution/implementation approach (Requirements, Scope, Estimation).
  • Experience in developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines.
  • Able to collaborate with clients and have a strong desire to excel and be committed to gaining exposure to multiple industries while further developing your career.
