- Provide 1-1 support sessions to offer practical and emotional guidance to children, young people, parents, and families.
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure holistic care for families and access community resources and support services.
- Support in crisis situations by responding promptly to stabilize situations and reduce risk.
Person Specification:
- Qualification in social work, psychology, counselling, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in working with children, young people, and families in diverse settings.
- Understanding of child development, family dynamics, and safeguarding principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively under pressure and adapt to challenging situations.
