- Planning and delivering lessons that meet the needs of all students
- Marking work, providing constructive feedback, and tracking student progress
- Assessing students' learning needs and adapting teaching strategies accordingly
- Managing classroom behaviour to ensure a positive and supportive learning environment
- Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to support the overall development of students
Requirements for the role include:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- UK teaching experience, ideally with Key Stage 2 and Year 3
- Strong understanding of the national curriculum and age-appropriate learning techniques
- Proven ability to plan and assess lessons to ensure student success
- Positive and proactive attitude, willing to take on full responsibilities of the role
