To continue this acceleration, we're seeking an exceptional Data Engineer for Accelerated Growth to join our growing Data team.

About the Role

As a key member of our Data team, you'll play a crucial role in building, scaling, and maintaining our data stack. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Insurance, Commercial, and Engineering, to ensure seamless data access and drive business decisions.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing new data pipelines to meet the evolving needs of our teams;
  • Evolving our tooling to keep pace with our scaling, deploying new features to our stack (Kubernetes, dbt, BigQuery, Dagster, Python & Docker) or identifying the latest technologies to implement;
  • Accelerating our data scientists' workflow by setting up automated data pipelines and building and running MLOps;
  • Reviewing code from other engineers and contributing to best practices and pattern design across the engineering and data teams;
  • Ensuring the quality of our core datasets that inform critical business decisions.

About Your Qualifications

We're looking for a talented individual with a keen interest in Python and SQL, and experience with personal and academic projects demonstrating outstanding ability. Additionally, you should be interested in mastering Docker, Cloud, Databases, and other data technologies. This may be your first commercial role, but we're excited to see your potential grow with us
