**Job Description:** Senior MRI Imaging Specialist

We are inviting applications from experienced Senior MRI Radiographers to join our team at East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our MRI department, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality imaging services to patients across the Kent region.

About the Job:

The successful candidate will be responsible for working in a team to deliver MRI services, training and supervising junior staff members, and contributing to the effective delivery of MRI services. They will also be required to work without direct supervision or support in out-of-hours services and work on a mobile/relocatable scanner as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working in a team to deliver MRI services
  • Training and supervising junior staff members
  • Contributing to the effective delivery of MRI services
  • Managing workflow and data inputs

Requirements:

  • BSc Radiography or equivalent qualification
  • Registration with a relevant professional body
  • Minimum three years post-qualification experience

Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Location: East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust, rotating between Buckland Hospital and Kent and Canterbury Hospital
