Job Overview
Orion Group is currently seeking a Warehouse Operative to join their team in Invergordon. This is an ongoing contract position that requires the successful candidate to assist with the efficient daily operation of warehousing. The operative will be responsible for general duties in a safe and efficient manner, including stowing and de-stowing in palletised and racked warehouse, driving forklifts, loading and unloading Trailer Locked Vehicles (TLVs), and keeping paperwork in order.

As a Warehouse Operative at Orion Group, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of the company. You will be required to take responsibility for your tasks, prioritize your workload, and maintain high standards of housekeeping around the site and in warehouses.

The ideal candidate will possess a driving licence, forklift truck experience, and previous warehouse experience. Additionally, knowledge of mechanical handling equipment, reporting and problem-solving skills, organisational and prioritising skills, and strong communication skills are highly desirable.

This role offers a competitive salary of approximately £25,000 per annum and a flexible working schedule of Monday to Thursday 8am-4:30pm and Friday 8am-2pm.
