Job Summary
  We are seeking an experienced Financial Governance Specialist to join our team in Manchester. As a key member of the Finance Governance & Compliance Team, you will support the delivery of financial controls and risk management across ITV globally.

  About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to work closely with Finance and the wider business to provide guidance, oversight, and assurance that enables the business to manage risk effectively and make confident decisions. Key responsibilities include:
  • Supporting the delivery of ITV's financial control operating model by ensuring the risk and controls framework is updated regularly.
  • Performing detailed testing of finance controls to assess their effectiveness and compliance with the risk and controls framework.
  • Identifying control deficiencies and collaborating with stakeholders to support the design and implementation of control improvements.

  Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A qualified accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience.
  • Experience and knowledge of finance risk and controls, ideally including SOx.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Commercial awareness and curiosity about the broader business.

Estimated Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum.
