Job Title: Reception Teacher

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Reception Teacher to join our team at Flourish Education Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and interactive lessons to young learners, creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach Reception classes using the EYFS framework
  • Plan and deliver lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students
  • Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and other staff members

Requirements:

  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and EYFS knowledge
  • Experience in teaching Reception classes or similar
  • Caring and nurturing approach to teaching
  • Excellent behaviour and classroom management skills
  • Ability to work effectively with teaching assistants
