Key Responsibilities:

* Pre-screening candidates and resourcing for live vacancies
* Supporting the recruitment consultants with administrative duties
* Conducting payroll and creating and processing timesheets
* Carrying out referencing and background checks
* Assisting with conducting registrations and obtaining right to work documents

Requirements:

* Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner
* Strong organization and time management skills
* Proactive and positive attitude with the ability to take responsibility of own workload
* Ability to work as a part of a team and on own initiative
* Strong ability to prioritize workload and meet tight deadlines
