We're seeking a skilled and compassionate Senior Night Care Assistant to join our team at Crooton's care home in Mollington, CH1 6NP.

Job Overview:

This is a rewarding role where you'll lead a team of dedicated Care Assistants in providing top-notch, person-centred care and support to our residents. You'll work closely with the Deputy General Manager to ensure the delivery of high-quality care plans and support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, and care reviews.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you should have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care and possess specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. We're looking for someone who is warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to delivering individualised care and support. As a Senior Night Care Assistant, you'll have opportunities for ongoing training and development, allowing you to progress your career within the organisation.
