ARCA Resourcing Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in contract management, STEM, energy or consultancy to lead multiple projects and nurture long-lasting relationships with customers and colleagues.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects, working with stakeholders, and driving project results. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing new business opportunities and creating proposals for new projects.
  • Mentoring junior project managers and providing guidance on project management best practices.
  • Maintaining accurate risk management records and performing project audits to identify and resolve issues.
  • Monitoring progress, overseeing resources, and mitigating risks through regular meetings and collaboration with the project team.
  • Ensuring project tasks and outputs meet quality benchmarks and communicating progress to stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

  • Extensive experience as a project manager, preferably in a contract management or consulting environment.
  • A strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, such as MS Project.
  • Demonstrable ability to manage and motivate remote teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Desirable Skills

Candidates with a background in STEM, consultancy, software, or scientific fields are highly desirable. Experience working with formal project management methodologies, such as Prince2 or Agile, is also advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

This is a competitive package, offering a salary of £60,000 per annum, plus benefits including medical insurance, pension scheme, and bonus incentives.
