About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have significant occupational experience in the hairdressing and barbering sectors, as well as relevant qualifications and skills. They will be responsible for designing learning materials, monitoring learner progress, and developing an employer base.
Responsibilities:
- Designing learning materials for school pupils and work-based learning students
- Monitoring learner progress and maintaining accurate documentation
- Developing an employer base and ensuring compliance with required standards
Requirements:
- Significant occupational experience in the hairdressing and barbering sectors
- Relevant qualifications and skills
- A driving license (desirable)
Salary: Approximately £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience
