Exciting Opportunity for HGV Plant Fitter

We are seeking a skilled HGV Plant Fitter with mechanical engineering qualifications to join our team at Additional Resources Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular maintenance and servicing of our plant machinery fleet, including scheduled checks, repairs, and parts replacements.
  • Diagnose and fix vehicle or plant issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
  • Manage inventory of spare parts and tools, ensuring efficient use and minimizing waste.
  • Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, providing valuable insights for future improvements.
  • Support team members with maintenance and repair tasks, promoting a collaborative and efficient work environment.
  • Coordinate with other departments for effective communication and seamless operations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a HGV Fitter, Plant Fitter, Plant Technician, or in a similar role.
  • Possess qualifications in mechanical engineering or a related field.
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations and risk assessment procedures.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Right to work in the UK.
