Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Financial Clerk to join our team in Banbury. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and be able to work accurately and efficiently.

The role involves scanning and filing documents, updating spreadsheets, inputting purchases into our Sage-based finance system, and processing expenses through Concur. Additionally, the successful candidate will assist in preparing foreign VAT recovery and reviewing accounts payables.

Requirements:

  • Available to start immediately
  • Experience with Concur and Sage preferred
  • Ability to work flexibly and handle ad-hoc tasks
  • Invoice processing experience essential
  • Previous experience working in a busy office environment

Salary Information: Up to £17 per hour
