Commercial Property Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Property Solicitor to join our team at Abacus Professional Recruitment. As a leading recruitment agency, we specialize in connecting top talent with top-tier firms in Belfast.

This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level solicitor to take their career to the next level. You will be working with a highly acclaimed and ranked commercial law firm that conducts high-quality legal work in Northern Ireland and across the UK.

The firm's commercial property team provides a wide range of services, including landlord and tenant, commercial leasing, investment acquisition and disposal, real estate finance, licence agreements, and joint ventures. You will be working on a variety of projects, from construction and planning to retail and energy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice on commercial property matters
  • Work on a variety of projects, including landlord and tenant, commercial leasing, and real estate finance
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Contribute to the development of the team, department, and company

Requirements:

  • Mid-level solicitor with experience in commercial property law
  • Strong knowledge of commercial property law and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
