About the Job

We are looking for a People Administrator to join our team and take on a variety of responsibilities. As part of this role, you will be responsible for organizing company events, such as Long Service Awards and Children's Christmas parties, as well as internal competitions and celebration days.

You will also be responsible for managing all engagement and charity activities across the site, as well as internal communications. Additionally, you will assist with general administration tasks, including gathering information, note-taking, and record-keeping.

The ideal candidate will have experience in HR or a similar administrative role, with excellent communication and organizational skills. They will be responsible for being the first point of contact for colleague enquiries and directing these to the right team member when necessary.

The estimated salary for this role is £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health and wellbeing programs, opportunities for career progression, and an enhanced pension scheme.
