About the Role:

• Manage clinical negligence claims across Scottish jurisdictions.
• Investigate and assess potential claims, engaging with medical experts.
• Draft legal documents, negotiate settlements, and represent clients in pre-litigation stages.
• Prepare cases for trial, working alongside senior team members.
• Provide clear legal advice to clients, maintaining strong relationships.

Requirements:

• Qualified in Scots Law with at least 2 years of experience handling Clinical Negligence matters.
• Strong experience in managing multi-track cases.
• Excellent client management and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Comfortable managing complex caseloads and working under tight deadlines.

This role comes with an estimated salary range of £60,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
