About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Sales Specialist to join our team. As an Insurance Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding new business targets, providing excellent general insurance product knowledge, and ensuring that clients receive the correct and compliant advice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed new business targets
  • Provide excellent general insurance product knowledge from all the key providers in the UK
  • Responsible for the full end-to-end process of applications, ensuring that customers' needs are being identified and addressed
  • Ensure that clients understand the products and services available to them
  • Capable of obtaining a fully comprehensive fact find to determine appropriate coverage levels
  • Liaise with providers in a confident and professional manner for any available discounts to meet clients' needs
  • Deal with incoming leads promptly and ensure the sale process is electronically followed within the CRM
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong people skills, with a proactive attitude and preferably a minimum of three years' experience within the insurance sector
  • Task management skills
  • Able to efficiently and accurately make use of the CRM
  • A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism when handling sensitive data
  • Strong work ethic and desire for continuous learning
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 per year, with uncapped commissions and a range of benefits, including private medical insurance and 28 days' holiday. You will also have the opportunity to work from home and receive a performance bonus.
