Become a key member of our team as a PBS Practitioner in the West Midlands Region.
We require someone with excellent communication skills and a person-centred approach to support individuals with complex needs.
You will work closely with our teams to develop and deliver PBS plans, providing practice leadership and conducting staff training and development.
Key qualifications include a formal qualification in PBS and experience working with people with autism and behaviours of concern.
Able to demonstrate exceptional record-keeping skills and a history of reducing restrictive practices.
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum.
