Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic leader to join our team as Strategic Lead for Children's Services. This role will involve leading, coordinating and delivering the development and implementation of strategy for child health and wellbeing.

The successful candidate will be responsible for project and programme managing a range of transformation programmes across the region. They will work closely with our partners including Councils, NHS provider Trusts, GPs and voluntary and community organisations to deliver a wide range of services including urgent and emergency care, mental health, primary care, elective hospital services and community care.

About Us

NHS North West London Integrated Care Board (NHS NWL ICB) is a statutory body responsible for planning and allocating health and care resources to improve the lives of people in eight boroughs across North West London.

The local population is large and diverse, with a wide range of health and care needs that are evolving all the time. Working with our partners including Councils, NHS provider Trusts, GPs and voluntary and community organisations, we plan and allocate NHS resource to deliver a wide range of services including urgent and emergency care, mental health, primary care, elective hospital services and community care.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £82,462 - £93,773 per annum, inclusive of HCA per annum. We offer a range of benefits, including a comprehensive pension scheme, generous annual leave entitlement and opportunities for professional development.
