About the Opportunity

As a key member of the Essity team, you will have the opportunity to partner with one of our strategic customers to drive business growth and development. This role will require you to bring your skills and expertise in business planning, negotiation, and customer relationships to deliver joint business plans and ensure their successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement joint business plans with designated key customers to drive revenue growth and market share expansion.
  • Lead the customer relationship through business planning, implementation, and follow-up to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Negotiate contracts, including product offerings and pricing strategies, to drive business value and customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of their roles and responsibilities.
  • Analyze customer information to identify business risks and opportunities, and develop strategies to mitigate or capitalize on them.
  • Support Account Managers in achieving strategic plans within the customer base.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing key accounts at a national level, with a strong track record of driving business growth and development.
  • Successful experience in managing customer relationships at board level, with a deep understanding of customer needs and expectations.
  • Ability to self-lead, using initiative to drive solutions and deliver results.
  • Advanced negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Consultative and strategic selling skills, with a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends.
  • Proven experience within the health and hygiene industry, with a strong understanding of customer needs and market trends.
  • Highly structured approach, with a focus on delivering results and driving business growth.
