Key Responsibilities:- Store Performance: Generate sales and profit, minimize losses, and ensure the store is visually distinctive and impeccably maintained.
- Team Development: Hire, train, motivate, and supervise support management and sales staff to ensure they have strong presentation and communication skills representative of the Tommy Hilfiger image.
- Operations: Understand and comply with all company policies, procedures, and operations, and maintain the highest level of security and safety awareness within the store.
- Merchandising & Visual: Analyze and react to the needs of the business, identify top sellers, slow sellers, and fulfill merchandising strategy, ensuring brand consistency and merchandising standards are consistently met.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of sales floor and stockroom organization systems, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. You will also need to be able to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business results.
