Job Title: Social Worker

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Social Worker to join our Older Persons Services Team at Wrexham Council.

About the Role:
  • Provide person-centred support to elderly individuals, promoting their independence and well-being.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection guidelines.
