Future Education is committed to providing high-quality support to our students. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Learning Support Assistant to join our team.

This role involves providing 1:1 support to post-16 students with ADHD, SEMH needs, and challenging behaviours, with the aim of helping them access the curriculum and achieve their academic goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualised support to post-16 students with ADHD, SEMH needs, and challenging behaviour.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external professionals to develop and implement effective support plans.
  • Monitor and record student progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
  • Experience supporting children within the classroom, preferably in a similar post such as a Behaviour LSA or SEN TA/Behaviour Mentor/Teaching Assistant.
  • Knowledge of strategies to promote positive behaviour and reduce challenging behaviour.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Salary: £85-£110 per day
