We are seeking a qualified Part-time Clinical Nursing Faculty to join our team at Chamberlain College of Nursing. As a clinical instructor, you will be responsible for mentoring students in an inpatient clinical setting, providing direct supervision and evaluation of nursing students, and implementing the College's philosophy, curriculum, and program outcomes.
Responsibilities- Plan and deliver clinical experiences for nursing students, providing direct supervision and evaluation of their performance.
- Implement the College's curriculum and program outcomes through clinical teaching and service to the College, community, and health system.
- Develop and post written clinical assignments consistent with student's knowledge base, skill competency, and individual learning needs.
- Evaluate and provide documented feedback to students on their level of performance based on course objectives.
- Contribute to the ongoing development, implementation, and evaluation of the programs and the College.
- A master's (MSN) or doctoral degree in Nursing from a regionally accredited college or university.
- An unencumbered professional nursing license in the state where scheduled for clinicals.
- BLS Certification is required.
- At least two years of professional experience within the last five years in the area of instruction as a registered nurse.

The expected compensation rate for this position is between $1,120 per assignment to $7,245 per assignment, depending on the candidate's education and experience.
