Job Title: Site Supervisor

Location: North West England, Greater Manchester, Manchester

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Monday to Friday

Primary Industry: Construction, social housing, retrofit, refurbishment

Salary: £30,000 - £37,000 per annum

Benefits: Company car and fuel allowance

Qualifications:

  • SSSTS certification
  • CSCS card
  • Valid First Aid certificate
  • Full Driving Licence

Job Summary:

Thorn Baker Construction is seeking a skilled Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations on a retrofit project in Manchester. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of health and safety regulations and experience in social housing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to
  • Supervise workers and subcontractors
  • Manage social housing projects
  • Coordinate retrofit and refurbishment activities

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year in a site supervisory role
  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations
  • Experience in social housing projects
