Home Manager Position Summary

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Home Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the care home, ensuring that each resident receives high-quality care and support.

The role involves working closely with the Clinical Lead and other healthcare professionals to deliver excellent care services. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing staff and resources to ensure residents enjoy a dignified life
  • Collaborating with your Clinical Lead to deliver excellent care and services
  • Reporting to the regional Operations Manager, you will develop and lead a vision for the home to achieve 'outstanding' ratings

The ideal candidate will possess a good understanding of CQC standards and have a proven track record of delivering high-quality care. Additionally, they should have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively with residents, families, and professional contacts.

A competitive salary of £45,000 per annum is on offer for this permanent full-time position. Benefits include holiday entitlement, free car parking, and further career progression opportunities.
