Concierge Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Concierge to join our team at Rush House, a homelessness service in Diss. As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing a warm and welcoming environment that sets the tone for their stay with us.

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, helping them to build confidence and independence
• Provide administrative support, including handling customer queries and maintaining accurate records
• Contribute to the overall well-being of our customers, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a seamless and efficient service
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

• Experience of working with vulnerable adults or young people, preferably in a customer-facing role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
