We are currently looking for a Learning and Behaviour Mentor to join our team at Mirus Wales. The successful candidate will have a passion for supporting students with SEND and a minimum of two years' experience working in a similar environment.

The key responsibilities of this role include:
* Supporting students with SEND in a classroom setting, including mentoring and inspiring learners through curriculum-based learning
* Assisting with the preparation of learning materials and contributing to the delivery of learning objectives with a strong focus on behavioural management
* Providing daily reports on student progress and barriers to learning
* Interacting with parents and caregivers on a regular basis

The ideal candidate will have strong English and maths skills and be passionate about supporting students with SEND. In return, we offer an estimated salary of £23,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including enhanced pension scheme, staff referral scheme, and fully funded training and qualifications.
