About the Role

We are seeking an experienced MET Technician to join our brand-new team in Woodford Green. As a key member of our bodyshop team, you will be responsible for carrying out mechanical and bodywork repairs on allocated jobs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out inspections, fault-finding, and diagnostic work to ensure vehicles are repaired to the highest standards.
  • Order and install replacement parts, reassembling vehicles to their pre-accident condition.
  • Work effectively under pressure, prioritizing tasks to meet agreed-upon timescales.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals, while also working independently with minimal supervision.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a MET Technician in a bodyshop environment.
  • Ability to work safely, following manufacturers' specifications and our company's health and safety guidelines.
  • Flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
