At eXPD8, we are seeking a skilled Retail Marketing Specialist to join our field-based retail merchandising team. As a key member of our team, you will work primarily within The Entertainer concession in Tesco stores, with opportunities to expand into other categories.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products and promotions are displayed effectively, shelves are well-stocked, and our fixtures are set up attractively. You will also have the opportunity to learn more about our whimsical world of toys and bring joy to shoppers of all ages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Expert knowledge of The Entertainer brand and products, sharing that knowledge with your team
  • Compliance with merchandising standards, store policies, and health and safety guidelines
  • Product placement and replenishment to maximise visibility and appeal
  • Promotional and point-of-sale setup to communicate prices, discounts, and special offers
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in merchandising, retail, or customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative to find solutions
  • Pride in delivering great standards and service to clients
  • Comfortable with manual handling and willingness to accept home deliveries
  • Confidence using a company tablet to download briefs and take photos
  • A full UK driving license and access to a car is an advantage
