About the Role

As a Junior Commercial Estimator with Humres - Construction Recruitment Specialists, you will be working alongside our team to deliver top-notch services to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the preparation of efficient and accurate costings/quotes for commercial projects.

This role involves working closely with senior management and project teams to ensure that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. You will also be responsible for researching suppliers, obtaining quotations, lead times, payment terms, and technical information for procured items.

We are looking for a motivated individual who is eager to learn and develop their skills in sales and business development. As a key member of our team, you will be expected to provide exceptional customer service, maintain a professional appearance, and work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
