As a key member of our digital media team, you will be responsible for building deep relationships with senior client stakeholders, shaping client strategies, and providing educational support and thought leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital media plans to drive business growth and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Provide expert-level guidance on Amazon DSP and Sponsored Ads to clients.
- Lead and manage specialist projects, ensuring successful outcomes for clients and the company.
- Motivate and inspire team members, supporting their development and conducting performance appraisals.
- Contribute to new business pitches, driving business growth and innovation.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in the media industry, with a focus on digital media or consultancy.
- Strong commercial mindset with a proven history of contributing to new business pitches and driving business growth.
- Proven experience managing and growing large client accounts.
- Strong numerical, analytical skills, and deep knowledge of market competitors.
- Demonstrated passion for digital media, advertising, and technology, with experience leading and developing account teams.
