About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Company Secretarial Support Specialist to join our London-based team. As a key member of our Company Secretarial and Governance Team, you will play a crucial role in providing support for service delivery to UK corporates under the supervision of our line manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the London Company Secretarial and Governance Team, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.
  • Collate and produce board packs, utilizing electronic board portals to streamline processes.
  • Attend board and committee meetings, taking minutes and maintaining accurate records.
  • Maintain up-to-date records for committees and boards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Complete banking administration duties, including account opening procedures, and organize updates to board meeting calendars and schedules.
  • Assist with preparation of statutory filings and record management, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct client KYC and AML procedures, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
  • Support more senior team members in delivering agreed scope and timescales, promoting efficient workflow.
