Assistant Store Manager

Job RoleAs an Assistant Shop Manager, you will play a key role in leading and developing our team, ensuring the smooth operation of the store, and driving sales growth. You will work closely with the Shop Manager to achieve store objectives, manage stock and produce, and maintain the highest standards of hygiene and food safety.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and control all aspects of the shop, ensuring store schedules and objectives are met.
- Assist the Shop Manager with training, leading, and developing the team.
- Manage branch stock and produce, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
- Prepare food in line with company specifications, ensuring high-quality products are delivered to customers.
- Maintain the highest level of hygiene and food safety standards, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Run shifts at various times during the week, including opening and closing the shop when required.
- Drive sales growth and minimize wastage, working closely with the Shop Manager to achieve store objectives.
- Competitive pay of £12 per hour.
