Xpert Resourcing Ltd is seeking a skilled Bench Joiner to join their team. This role offers a competitive £25,000 per annum, 20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, and opportunities for overtime and performance bonuses.

The ideal candidate will have experience in joinery or a related field, knowledge of different types of joinery techniques and materials, and the ability to read production drawings. They must be able to work from production drawings and use hand and power tools with precision.

This is a workshop-based role with some occasional site fitting. The successful candidate will hit the ground running due to a full order book, so previous carpentry and bench joinery experience is essential.

The duties of this role include measuring, cutting, and shaping wood and other materials according to specifications, assembling and installing joinery components, and following safety protocols when necessary.
