About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our Residential Care team as a Senior Residential Childcare Worker. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily lives of young people in our care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with young people, their families, and other professionals.
  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of individual care plans, ensuring the needs of each young person are met.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure a safe and supportive environment for all young people.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working with children and young people, preferably in a residential care setting.
  • Hold a manual UK driving licence and be willing to use a company vehicle.
  • Be committed to ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Be able to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
