Job Description

We're seeking a talented Pricing Manager to join our team and play a key role in shaping our pricing strategies. As a Pricing Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing pricing models that drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement pricing models that optimize revenue and customer value
  • Lead a team of analysts in developing and maintaining pricing algorithms and models
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure pricing strategies align with business objectives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management and external partners
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements, ensuring our pricing strategies remain compliant and competitive

Requirements

  • Proven experience in pricing management, with a strong understanding of insurance pricing models and algorithms
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive business insights
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of analysts
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions and levels, with a customer-centric approach
  • Strong knowledge of insurance regulations and industry standards
