Job Description: Learning Support Specialist

Ribbons & Reeves is pleased to offer a challenging and rewarding role as a Learning Support Specialist at a Primary School in Hull. As a Learning Support Specialist, you will work closely with the class teacher to provide support to pupils with special educational needs, helping them to achieve their full potential.

About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum 2.1 degree from a Top 30 UK University and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for supporting the class teacher with pupil behaviour and learning, helping to prepare lesson plans, and being committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of the students.

Benefits:
This role offers a competitive salary of £24,907 - £30,451 per annum (pro-rata), a long-term contract until July 2025, and a programme of training if required. You will also be part of a friendly and dedicated team in a welcoming school community.
