Job Title: Commercial Valuation Surveyor/Senior Surveyor

TML Recruitment is proud to partner with a leading UK property consultancy to find a talented Commercial Valuation Surveyor or Senior Surveyor to join their prestigious London office.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing valuation advice to clients for loan security, accounts, and other purposes, including tax, acquisitions, disposals, and financial reporting.

As a key member of the team, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of valuation instructions, including statutory, development, and investment valuations across different asset types.

The ideal candidate will have MRICS and RICS Registered Valuer status, experience in writing clear and concise reports, and the ability to provide strategic property advice and due diligence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Producing high-quality Red Book valuation reports
  • Reporting to clients and senior colleagues
  • Adhering to internal processes, lender requirements, and RICS regulations
  • Building professional business through networking internally and externally
Requirements:
  • MRICS and RICS Registered Valuer status
  • Experience in writing clear and concise reports and providing strategic property advice and due diligence
  • Capabilities in Microsoft applications, Argus enterprise, and development packages
  • Experience of statutory, development, and investment valuations across different asset types
  • Willingness to oversee and assist junior colleagues
  • Demonstrable communication skills
