As a Therapy Support Worker with NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde, you will work alongside an experienced team supporting older people's rehabilitation.

Your primary role will involve assisting occupational therapists and physiotherapists in delivering patient-centered care, focusing on improving quality of life and promoting independence.

You will work in a ward environment, primarily, although this may vary according to service and patient needs.

The successful candidate will have experience working with adults, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate others.

A strong team player with flexibility and a commitment to healthcare, you will be fully supported by our experienced staff, participating in supervision and personal development planning.

With a competitive salary of £24,907 - £30,615 per annum (pro rata for part-time), you will be rewarded for your dedication and hard work.
