Job Title: Senior Project Manager (Nuclear)

At Cavendish Nuclear, we're working to create a safe and secure world, together. As a Senior Project Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering complex projects and operating at an advanced level. You'll lead significant projects within the organisation and possibly manage project managers with less complex sub-projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for all aspects of project delivery to desired time, cost, and quality restraints.
  • Establish and maintain governance arrangements for the delivery of the project, defining clear roles, responsibilities, and accountabilities.
  • Deliver world-class performance by means of employee engagement, continuous improvement, and identifying and implementing the latest technology.
  • Lead on Health, Safety, Security, Environment, and Quality within the project.
  • Plan and control finances as a means of driving performance.

This role is offered on a full-time permanent basis and consists of a 37-hour working week. You'll be based on site 3 to 4 days a week at our Warrington or Preston offices with hybrid working from home arrangements on the other days.

Essential Experience:

  • Relevant Nuclear Experience within a Project Management role.
  • Extensive experience in a Project Management position.
  • EPC Project delivery experience.
  • Awareness of various contracting methodologies (e.g. FIDIC/NEC3, NEC4/JCT etc...) – highly desirable.
  • Full project lifecycle experience from bid phase through to close out.

Qualifications:

  • APMP or similar PM qualifications.

The successful candidate must be able to achieve SC security clearance for this role.
