Charity Shop Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Shop Manager to lead our team at DEBRA's store in Carlisle.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive team, working towards a common goal of raising funds to support people affected by epidermolysis bullosa (EB).
As a Retail Shop Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue
- Managing staff and volunteer performance, providing coaching and training as needed
- Maintaining high standards of customer service and shop appearance
- Ensuring accurate stock management and inventory control
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a similar environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong focus on customer satisfaction and employee engagement
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
