About the Role
The Experiential Account Director will play a pivotal role in shaping exceptional experiential campaigns for our clients. As a key team member, you will go beyond traditional roles, bringing a unique blend of skills that encompass project management, deck writing, client relationships, and account leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage end-to-end project timelines to deliver high-quality experiential campaigns.
- Craft compelling decks that articulate our creative vision and drive business results.
- Lead accounts with a strategic mindset, leveraging your expertise in experiential production and client relationships.
- Contribute hands-on to the successful execution of projects, demonstrating a proactive and collaborative approach.

- A proactive, strategic thinker with a passion for experiential marketing and a proven track record in account direction.
- Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex client relationships and agency collaborations.
- A creative problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
