As a member of our Board of Trustees, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as strategic planning, financial management, and risk assessment. You will work closely with our Director and other Trustees to ensure that the organization is well-run, solvent, legally compliant, and working towards its charitable purpose. This is a unique chance to gain valuable experience in a dynamic and challenging environment, while making a positive impact on the lives of others.

Required Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for an individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who is able to work effectively in a team environment. A strong understanding of HR principles and practices, as well as experience in social care, would be advantageous. Ideally, you will have a degree-level qualification in a relevant field, although this is not essential.
